Web and eMail Hosting – Dot X Hosting has several web hosting and eMail hosting packages.  You can choose the platform technology to host your site, including Windows 2003 Server and Linux.  Whether you need a single eMail domain or outsourcing all your corporate Internet applications, databases and services, Dot X Hosting has a hosting program to fit your needs.

Virtual Private Server Hosting – Dot X Hosting has several VPS hosting packages.  You can choose from several different VPS platforms including Windows 2003 Server to and Linux.  We use industry leading Virtuozzo technology so you can be assured stability and performance. We have the products that you need.

Managed Dedicated Hosting - Dot X Hosting offers fully managed dedicated hosting solutions packaged to fit your business.  We offer 4 different levels of server configuration and supply you with a dedicated server, rack space, power and bandwidth.

Our Infrastructure
Dot X Hosting knows that you can’t afford to be let down by your Hosting Service Provider.  That’s why we define our commitment to our customers with a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Dot X Hosting provides redundant, reliable connectivity by using a network infrastructure built with multiple carrier fiber paths to 10 major backbone providers. Our network uses top quality components from Cisco to ensure reliability for our customers.

Our Network
Our facility sits on a dual sonnet fiber ring with redundant OC-48’s at its core. There are enough extra pairs of dark fiber to increase that capacity to multiple OC-192’s for future growth.

Our facility also has DS-3 (45Mbps), OC-3 (155Mbps), and GigaMan (1,000Mbps) connections to our multiple backbone providers. That gives us access to over 1,445 Mbps of backbone capacity to service the most demanding bandwidth usage from our customers. The network never runs at over 50% capacity. All this translates into fast, clean and reliable Internet connectivity for your business.

Our Power
Servers need power and we have plenty. Our main electrical room provides clean APC (UPS) power deployed in parallel redundant configuration with N+1 module.  On site is a 1/2 megawatt turbo diesel generator that backs up 100% of our customers’ peak load.  There is a 24-hour fuel supply and guaranteed refueling contracts with a local refueling company so even in the event of an extended power interruption we will stay online.

Our facility was designed and built for reliability.  It features raised flooring, fully redundant data grade, Liebert down-flow (HVAC) systems with N+1 redundancy, three levels of microprocessor control systems for constant 70-degree ambient air, and humidity controlled to a constant 45%. The facility is automated and can detect temperature changes and notify facility staff.  Sensors have also been installed under the raised flooring for water detection.

Multiple levels of fire protection include early warning detection, double pre-action dry pipe system, and multiple hand-held Halotron extinguishers.

 

Our Security
For your protection, our facility is designed with the latest in security technologies.  Our facility implements state-of-the-art Biometric Palm Scanners and Card Key access controllers.  This provides us with second to none level of access protection at multiple levels:

	Authentication
	Authorization
	Accounting

There are also security cameras throughout the facility with 24-hour digital recording, and a centralized security monitoring station.  The entire building locks down after hours and requires card key access to gain entry.
